Bermuda Festival – Vision and Strategy in 2015
During the early part of 2015 The Board of Directors of the Bermuda Festival of the Performing Arts Limited (“the Festival”) met off site for a series of strategic planning meetings. The Board’s objectives were to take the opportunity during its 40th anniversary to reconfirm and/or refocus the Festival’s vision, to develop a strategy to achieve it, to ensure that resources were being used in the most efficient and effective ways and to ensure the future viability and sustainability of the Festival.
